Tomorrow evening we fly home to Kentish Town. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone. I can't wait.

This weekend it was the Chicago Air & Water show. We had F16s flying in formation right passed our balcony. It was pretty cool. And very noisy. You saw the plane and then after it had gone you heard its noise. But they didn't go fast enough for us to hear the sonic BOOOM.

The other day Dad noticed a weird fury roast chicken on the ledge outside his bedroom window. On closer inspection we realised it was a BAT!

We went back to Wrigley Field on Saturday afternoon to watch some juniors play - the best in the country. It was quite exciting but after about 10 minutes they stopped 'cause it started to pour again. I couldn't believe it. I think they should call it 'Rainy Field'.

On Monday night we went to Wrigley Field which is where the Chicago Cubs play baseball. We went all the way there on the train, but it rained really heavily so they didn't play, we just had to come home again. It was quite annoying.

This week I went to Legoland with school, I enjoyed it, I saw a huge Lego tarantula that was bigger than me. But the really exciting thing that happend this week was seeing this plane, it can fly from London to Sydney in 1 hour. It goes 20 times faster than Concorde, that's called going 'Hypersonic'. It was invented and built here in America. But it doesnt have a pilot and they lost it - it crashed into the Pacific.

Today I learned to start on my own, and I don't have to crash into walls to stop anymore.

Today feels like my first day in America.

We got a box of lego from the lego store with 650 pieces in. That's a lot of lego. So now I've started making lego buildings. I think they're pretty good.

And I got a SuperCool real BMXer. With orange mag wheels. I'm learning to ride it in the gardens. I think it's one of the best bikes in Chicago. It was much harder to build than Abe's. It came with 'stableizers' but I'm gonna learn to ride it without them. I'm still quite wobbly and its quite a lot of effort.

Abe got a cool balance bike. I helped Dad build it. Then Abe rode it to nursery. He was really slow.

There was so much we couldn't eat it all, so we ate it the next morning for BREAKFAST! I couldn't believe Mum let us, Dad says we're living like real Americans now.

On saturday night we got a take away Pizza. They cut it into squares instead of triangles but I didn't mind. It was really nice.

We went into work with Dad, and helped him with some 'art direction' - whatever that is?
