We went to watch the Chicago Marathon really early in the morning. The runners went right under our building.

We have 2 footballs. The brown one is an American football which you throw. The yellow one is an English football which you kick.

Another view of my face damage. But it's much better now.

We drove back to the City on the freeway. That is the American word for the motorway.

We went for a long drive in the car to a massive forest called Deer Grove. We walked for ages and me and Abe got tired. I don't know why they call it Deer Grove. We didn't see ANY deer.

We got a car so we can drive around to interesting places. It's a maroon Honda Element. It's really big and pretty cool.

We saw the 'Occupy Chicago' protest that happened near our flat. The people were angry about money and tax and had lots of signs.

We went for a walk in Jackson Park near the museum of Science and Industry. We walked around the wooded island and through Bobolink Meadow. We saw thousands of grasshoppers.

I had a massive bike crash. It really hurt. Mum was timing me doing laps around the garden. I went too fast round a corner and took the fall with my head and nose. The ground where I fell was made of concrete. I got blood from my nose all over my Spurs shirt. My nose also went black. Dad says I have to get back on the horse, but he's a doofus cause it's a bike.

I have to do my homework at the weekend, I quite like it.

Uncle Greg sent me an actual Spurs kit for my Birthday. I am now an actual Spurs supporter. I can't support Arsenal anymore. Sorry Pete.

We had cup cakes at the new Magnolia Bakery on State St.
